I was looking forward to selling my mother’s house. She was of old age at this point and she needed to be in a smaller place that was more liveable for her. We were so close. We had had a home inspector come in before the sale was completed and he determined that we needed re-wiring. 6 out of 10 outlets were flagged so there was no other option.
I called J. R. Warren Electrical, a company that we had used long ago when we first bought the house. We had some minor issues with them before, but I decided to take my chances on them again.
I had an appointment set for the following day because we had to close the sale the day after. All I had to do was be there when they arrived.
I ended up waiting 2 hours for them. I called their office in regards to the situation and they told me that there was no sign of me ever having made an appointment. I was furious. They might actually ruin the sale for us.
I ended up having to call a different wiring company because they would not fit me into their “busy” schedule. I should have gone with a different company fro the start. J.R. Warren Electrical is unreliable and unprofessional.
