hired Ideal Tax Solutions to help me with the small business that I own. Thanks to them I am being audited by the IRS.
I would have never saw it coming from the first meeting we had.
I signed a contract with them and paid them in full. They promised me that I would be working with one dedicated representative.
I ended up speaking with multiple different people. I think that if that did not happen, my taxes would have been filed correctly.
