If you ever buy from Coast Lighting, you might eventually get an order, but never all of it. I had ordered, $1,200 worth of lighting fixtures for my new landscaping project.
I never got a confirmation of my order or a tracking number. I messaged their customer service multiple times to ensure that I was still going to get my package.
They never replied, but I did get my package. Unfortunately, not all my order had arrived. There was only $100 worth of lighting in the box. I was missing the bulk of my order. I knew that getting the rest of my order would be a hassle being as they did not even get back to me with tracking numbers. Customer service kept diverging my calls. I was told to file a report online, but I asked to speak to a manager.
I finally got in touch with the owner, Michael Hanna. He said that he would fix it, but it would take ten more days for the rest of the order to arrive.
It has been a month now, and I have still not received the rest of my order.
At this point, I have asked for my money back, but of course, I have not reached anyone.
This company is a ripoff. Not sure they even have all the products that they promote, in stock.
