Once Carvana gets your money, you are not getting it back. I purchased a vehicle through Carvana for a change. They delivered the car in the wrong color, with the wrong engine, no upgrades, and with a dent in the side door. It was nothing I had ordered. The system took long enough and I got the car late, t was more of a struggle to contact them and to get my money back. They could have at least sent me the right car. I had paid for the upgrades and everything. I definitely did not get my monies’ worth.
